Required Documents for Enrollment of Foreign Students:

1.      HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA: The original diploma must be apostilled by the relevant authority.

LOST HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA: Candidates who have lost their diploma must provide a duplicate/certificate confirming the loss.

2.      TRANSCRIPT: A transcript containing grades for all four years of high school.

3.      INTERNATIONAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE – FORM A: This can be obtained from the relevant state authority.

4.      MEDICAL CERTIFICATE: A notarized document with a photo, issued by a state hospital, and confirmed by the health authority.

5.      CRIMINAL RECORD CERTIFICATE: This can be obtained from the relevant authority.

6.      PROOF OF RESIDENCE:

7.      COPY OF PASSPORT: A copy of the passport page with the photo.It is recommended that the passport has at least 4 years of validity remaining.

11.  PHOTOGRAPHS: 6 photographs with a white background.

12.  TRANSFER OR COMPLETION OF STUDIES: Candidates must provide the original diploma and transcript from their previous university or equivalent institution and all the documents mentioned above for verification.
