THE OPENING OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR AND THE CELEBRATION OF THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF VISION UNIVERSITY BEGAN WITH SCIENTIFIC CONGRESSES

The opening of the 2024-2025 academic year at our university took place on October 4, 2024. This special day marked the beginning of the celebration of the 10th anniversary of our university and was highlighted by two international scientific congresses. As part of these events, the International Congress on Educational Sciences was opened, while simultaneously, the International Congress on Balkan Sciences was held, organized by the Institute for Balkan Studies, which is known for its numerous scientific publications in the field of research.

The official opening of the academic year was conducted by the Rector of the International Vision University, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Vecdi CAN, while on behalf of various universities from Turkey (Gazi, Erciyes, Istanbul Aydın, İnönü, and Niğde Ömer Halisdemir Universities), a welcoming speech was delivered by Prof. Dr. Mustafa TALAS.

The Minister of Regional Development of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Fikrim DAMKA, honored the official opening of the academic year and the 10th anniversary of the university with his special address.

Many academics from both the country and abroad contributed to the two congresses with their scientific papers. These successful scientific organizations, in addition to strengthening the academic vision of our university and its leadership in the Balkans, provided a valuable platform for international academic cooperation.

Additionally, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the founding of our university, a ceremony was held to promote 10 new professors to various academic ranks.
